Terms of Service

Before making any purchases, kindly read through the following Terms of Service. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Âme Studio reserves the right to update or change any policy or Terms of Service at any time without prior notification. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. Please check this page regularly to note any changes which we may have made to the Terms of Service.

PAYMENT  

We accept payment by all major credit cards and Paypal. 

PRICES

Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We provide complimentary doorstep courier service for all local orders unless otherwise stated.

Paid orders are processed and dispatched to our delivery partner within 2 working days.

Delivery is carried out from 9am to 10pm, Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and local public holidays (Singapore).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We charge a flat delivery fee of $25 on international orders to anywhere in Asia and the Pacific (except for Japan, Australia and New Zealand) and $35 to the rest of the world.

Overseas Registered Article (Airmail) will be used for international orders. You can track the delivery status of your parcel here.

All international orders will take about 4-20 working days to be delivered, depending on each individual destination.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

For any return mails to Âme Studio, we can be contacted via email regarding a return address.

Unless it is an error on our part, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

Returned parcels that are unclaimed after 2 months will be deemed as Âme Studio's property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given to the customer. 

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND STORE CREDITS

To use the promotional codes or redeem your store credits, please enter the given code during check out, at the payment page. Your order summary will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.

Promotional codes and store credits issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferrable in nature.

Store credits is valid to a maximum period of 3 months from the date of issue. If it is not utilised within the given timeframe, the amount will be forfeited.

The value of each individual store credit has to be utilized within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.

Promotional codes & store credits cannot be used for sale items.

PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of our products being made by hand or vintage, each item differs in terms of finishing, colour and size. We will do our best to provide accurate measurements and descriptions of each product. The colours of our products may have slight variances on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.

DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEMS

We sincerely apologize if we send you a defective or incorrect item. 

To facilitate an exchange due to incorrect/defective item received, kindly email our customer care at shop@amestudio.co with snapshots of the defect and a detailed description.

RETURNS

Returns are allowed for all merchandise except for accessories and intimates.

Returns will be provided for items in their original condition with tags and purchased directly from us. Items which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be declined.

All returns must be mailed back with a traceable mode of delivery, within 10 working days (local orders) and 20 working days (international orders).  

Âme Studio will not proceed with the return request if the parcel does not reach us and is not liable for any parcel loss during the transit. Please click here for more information on the procedure.

Âme Studio will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

SALES

All prices of sale items are deemed final and are non-negotiable.

Unless there are defects on the sales items, sale items are strictly not exchangeable/refundable.
